Arena Game rough map boards

For my Arena map I plan to go with a jungle theme. After looking at some reference I came up with 5 possible level boards.

In this stage of brainstorming for my Adventure game I am interested in planning out my level's flow and mechanics as well as thinking about how I am going to put together simple, yet effective characters and objects. Here is my paper map. My puzzles and challenges are not fully fleshed out here but this will be my guide. Here I am thinking about my checkpoints and locked doors/keys. Here I am thinking about how I can make simple enemies that will be able to animate through 'Timeline'.

10 Exploratory prop designs

These are my character prop ideas. I mainly focused on function and uses. Most of them involve some sort of device that the character uses to fly. Other ones give the character an enhanced strength to get through the rocky terrain.
